Taking the “ow” out of the injection

Most patients fear that foot injection. No, they LOATHE it! It keeps many from coming in the first place. What I like to do is add some sodium bicarbonate to my injectable. I also like to warm up that mixture before I use it. Why do I do these things? There is a method to my madness.
